Lose to Win: New Year, New You Challenge

This comprehensive 10-week fitness and nutrition program gives participants the tools to make real changes in their health, along with the extra motivation of friendly competition within the program. Beginning January 2nd, “Lose to Win: New Year, New You” will include intensive personal training, group exercise classes, nutrition & cooking classes, and nutritional counseling to maximize weight loss and support lasting results. The challenge package includes over 12 hours of small group exercise classes, a personal pedometer, 2 thirty minute personal training sessions, private health counseling, and a chance to win prizes. Grand prize is a 6 month membership, 2nd place prize is a 3 month membership.
Weigh in: Jan 2nd or 3rd 5:30 am-6:00 am, 8:00 am-10:00 am, 11:15 am-11:45 am, 5:30 pm-8:30 pm
Fees: $40 YM $120 PM (PM also receives a full 10 week membership)
