- Group Circuit classes 2 days/ week (tues. & Thurs. 5:30 pm- 6:15pm
- Personally designed workout
- Nutrition & cooking classes; food sampling. Plus a healthy shopping, grocery store tour
- Weekly challenges
- Weekly weigh-ins (prizes for the most weight lost each week)
- Membership prizes for 1st and 2nd place
- Personal Activity Tracker & sleep monitor, step and calories counter
First Place Prize- 6 month membership
Second place prize is a 3 month membership.
Weigh-in Dates: January 2nd and 3rd
Times: 5:00 am – 6:00 am, 8:00 am – 10:00 am, 11:15 am – 11:45 am, 5:30 pm – 7:30pm
Fees: $40 YM $120 PM (PM also receives a full 10 week membership)
