Cross Fit types of exercises performed in heats of 2 participants at a time, competing for the best time. Each person will do one exercise, completing the amount or repetitions prescribed properly, and then move to the next exercise. There may be 4 to 8 exercises to complete for the best time. Some exercises may include: rowing machine, bar lunges, Kettle bell swings or squats, barbell squats, pull ups, pushups, farmers bucket walk, box jumps, sled pulls, heavy ball walk or run, tire flips, rowing machine, and more.
The challenge will offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Challenge a buddy, spouse, coworker, or just yourself to have the best time for the event. (We will have sample exercises of the week for you to practice your skills and time yourself) Let us see who is the fittest at the YMCA. Bragging Rights!!
1st, 2nd & 3rd place individuals will receive medals.
FEES: $15 YM $25 PM
