Youth and Adults with special needs are welcome to join this adapted Tae-Kwon-Do class and gain confidence in a positive and enriching environment. This class is designed to give participants with special needs the opportunity to work with their peers as they progress through the Tae-Kwon-Do ranks! Participants will learn self defense techniques and the basics of sparring. (No head contact)
