The Expresso Challenge is designed to help you get fit and help the Y at the same time. For every mile you ride on our Expresso Bikes, Expresso will donate $0.10 back to the Decatur County Family YMCA Annual Campaign. It’s a win, win! We have two Expresso bikes in our Wellness Center, one recumbent and one upright. Sign in online at Expresso.com and get signed up with a username and password. Then every time you are on the bike, log in and it will record your miles for you. Race against your friends, challenge a co-worker, and in the meantime, give back to the Y through your fitness gain.
