Kinesio-Taping is a rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. With proper use, it can aid in the healing of injured muscles, tendons, ligaments, and even bruises and swellings. For competitors or athletes, K-taping can also be used as a precautionary measure by supporting proper body function when muscles are fatigued or overworked.
