28 miles biking per week
6.5 miles running or walking per week
You may accumulate these miles inside or outside of the Y. You will have to log your miles at the Wellness Desk. Complete the full IRONMAN in 30 days and receive a T-shirt. Sign up – take the challenge – the IRONMAN in 30 days!
Condition your body using this cross training method to help you lose weight and feel great! Great training for a Sprint Triathlon. Participate as an individual, or teams of three.
Fees: $25 YM $60 PM (no early registration discount) (PM receive a full membership for 30 days and discounted fees on programs)
