ADVANCED/ADULT TAE KWON DO: Ages 16 and older
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art which focuses on kicks and power. Students will learn Tae Kwon Do drills and forms to improve their balance, strength, and speed, while also learning discipline, focus and self-control.
Meets: Wednesdays 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Fees : $35 YM $50 PM
TEEN CHESS TOURNEY:
Come play in a Chess tourney at the Y! We need at least 10 players to hold the tournament. Each player gets a minimum of 3 games. Chess boards provided. Top 3 will get an award. For ages 12-18. Deadline to register May 8th.

Are you a teen looking for something fun in to do on a Saturday evening? Come join us here at the YMCA for a night of board games. Come and play Ticket to Ride, Clank, Fort, The Isle of Cats and more. For ages 12-18. Deadline to register is May 16th.

Are you a teen looking to get into shape or get into better shape? Join Teen Fitness Bootcamp and be lead through many different fitness activities led by a Certified Personal Trainer.
