“New Year, Commit To Be Fit”

In person and Virtual Challenge

January 4- March 1

  1. Commit to 1 of 3 fitness levels:
  2. CASUAL                            ADVANCED                                     ULTIMATE
  3. (2-3 days a wk)                  (4-5 days a wk)                                  (6-7 days a wk)
  4. Exercise for at least 30 minutes for your designated number of days each week between January 4 - March 1.
  5. Reach your exercise goal each week, receive 20 points. In person participants, scanned YMCA card will count as your check in.  Virtual participants will need to post workout to either Facebook Group or send email to check in.
  6. Complete your exercise goal each week for the entire 8 weeks, get an additional 5 points for CASUAL, 10 for ADVANCED, and 15 for ULTIMATE

You’ll also receive:

Nutrition & workout support through private Facebook Group or emails

Free appointment with a local dietitian to set up your nutrition goals

Personalized workouts 2 times during Program

Hard cover nutrition and strength training log

30 Minute Workouts could include:

Aerobics Class, Swimming, Weigh Lifting, Yoga,

Circuit Training, Rowing, CrossFit, Running,

Basketball, Pickleball, Cycling, and More!

Fees:  $40 YM  $120 PM  $20 Virtual only– YM or PM

IN PERSON PRIZES INCLUDE:

1st Place Prize: 6 month membership

2nd Place Prize: 3 month membership

VIRTUAL PRIZES INCLUDE:

1st Place Prize: Free Class session Aqua or Land

2nd Place Prize: 7-day guest pass
